BANKHEAD late 460 Filing Shows $500 Chevron
Council Candidate Don Bankhead did not get his pre-election filing in on time and so the information was not printed in the Mid-October Observer along with everyone elses info. Here is the filing. It shows $24,993 in contributions (including an $11,000 loan to self) and a $500 contribution directly from Chevron. This is the first direct contribution from Chevron to a candidate. Other Chevron contributions have also been small and from various employees to the campaigns of Whitaker, Kiger and Fitzgerald.
